Ingredients
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
8–10 oz warm or cold water
(Optional) ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
(Optional) ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
Instructions
1. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar into a glass.
2. Stir in cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and ginger if using.
3. Add water and stir well.
